You are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including delivery address, contact information, and food selections, are accurate. Teveba cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

2.2 Order Modifications

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms.

We deliver to specified areas within London. Delivery availability will be confirmed during the order process. Orders outside our delivery zone may be declined.

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must be available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window. If you are unavailable and we cannot contact you, your order may be returned to our location at 35 Ritherdon Road, London, SW17 8QD, without refund.

4.3 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, inability to access the premises, or Customer unavailability, Teveba reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee or cancel the order without refund.

5. Food Safety and Allergies

At Teveba, we take food safety seriously. However, customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens due to potential cross-contamination in our kitchen.
