Teveba started in 2018 when three friends decided to bring authentic pizza to London neighborhoods. We opened our first kitchen on Ritherdon Road with one oven and a commitment to use quality ingredients. Today, we operate from the same location at 35 Ritherdon Road, SW17 8QD, serving customers across South London.
Our approach is straightforward: we prepare dough fresh each morning, source vegetables from local suppliers twice weekly, and use mozzarella from a dairy in Somerset. Each pizza is assembled when you order and baked in our stone oven at 450°C for exactly 90 seconds.
We deliver pizza to homes and offices within a 5-mile radius of our kitchen. Our menu includes 18 varieties, from classic Margherita to seasonal specials that change every quarter. Orders placed before 5 PM typically arrive within 35-45 minutes.
Our team consists of 12 people: 4 pizza makers who trained in Naples for 3 months, 6 delivery drivers, and 2 customer service staff. We handle an average of 180 orders daily during weekdays and up to 320 on weekends.
We maintain specific protocols: dough ferments for 24 hours, tomato sauce contains only San Marzano tomatoes and sea salt, and we check oven temperature every 30 minutes. Delivery bags are insulated to keep pizza at 65°C minimum during transport.
Customer feedback shapes our menu. When 40% of customers requested vegan options in 2021, we added three plant-based pizzas within two months. We track delivery times and maintain a 4.6 rating based on 2,847 reviews collected since launch.
